UEL provides frequent programming specific to the needs and interests of life-science startups.

• Entrepreneurial Panel Series -- UEL saves start-up leadership teams time and money by providing educational and informational sessions on topics ranging from elevator pitches to financing scenarios to employee engagement to protecting IP, because innovators building their companies don't always take time to connect with others whom have already walked a mile in their shoes 

• Tenant Talks -- featuring the research of UEL tenants, this peer-to-peer exchange is not only enlightening but often leads to collaboration opportunities that would otherwise not have been unearthed (presentations are videotaped/recorded and/or are open to the greater community at the discretion of the presenter) 

• Lunch & Learns -- approximately monthly opportunities for companies, individuals, and organizations outside UEL to present 

• 'Pop Ups' -- these are purely at the discretion of UEL staff, intended to switch things up a bit... 

• Owner-Only Meetings -- UEL provides special opportunities for owners of tenant companies to gather without their employees so they establish relationships with each other to the mutual benefit of the growth of their companies

• Owner/Manager Breakfast Meetings -- there are many topics of interest to startup leadership teams and these gatherings are self-led with the support of the UEL Executive Director
